Look for J Jackson Brwon   His quotes are popular with some women

Eat what you don't want to eat and dont eat what you want to eat

be comfortable with being uncomfortable

take a cold shower now and then.  You'll get ready for the rain

Pull weeds.  It's good to get hands dirty and to remember that you probably don't want to be a farer for a living.

You might not have the personalit to be a farmer

get to know the sixteen personalitys
You might bump into soeone like that.

there are four percent of the poular that can watch a dog get hurt and that person either laughs or doesn't react.  It's like watchig a wave at a beach.   The sociopath has no emotion when seeing a nother person or animal being hurt.

there are things we can prepare our minds to do.   take time to think ahead and prepare your mind.

Joyce meyer has an excellent book.  Lok at some of the pages.   the first chapter is required reading.

Remove clutter.   Throw away something each day.   women like this.

create a room that has no clothes on the ground.

if you share a bathroom with a women, clean everything after you use it.   Make your path invisible.

better.... take the time to use another bathroom.  you might have to walk fifty more steps, but avoid using her space

it's nice to have a view of a butterfly now and
then.  Our male minds need something to
slow down the testosterone.
Remember, females have testosterone, too.The hormone is used to stimulate the bodyinto action.
be a gentleman.   urinate somewhere else.  this seems like the same advice from before, but let's be real... many of us guys don't like to walk far to pee.   we also don't like to sit on the otoilet.   it's better to pee from above while standing.   But my dad taught me that the re is splatter.  drops of water mixed with pee spray into the air.   be nice and flush with the seat cover DOWN

when the toilet flushes, there is a small amount that goes into the air.  yes, droplets of pee in a mist is floating around the bather room.   after peeing, spray a cleaner somewhere so that the small offset and covers your pee odor.

when you feel like peeing or poping, take acton.   do't delay   it's better for teh body to let things move.   avoid
strainng while pooping.

Today's photo is a butterfly, mariposa, borboleta

Testosterone belongs to a class of male hormones called androgens. But womenalso have testosterone. The ovaries produce both testosterone and estrogen. Relatively small quantities of testosterone are released into your bloodstream by the ovaries and adrenal glands.

Tip:  always give credit.  Dont take credit for something that you didn't do.
Even if you did it, give credit if it is possible.  Harry Truman used to say, "It's amzing how much we can do if nobody works to take credit for it."
something like that.  Maybe "it's amazing how much can be accomplished when nobody is working to take credit for it."

Look up quotes.  Quotes can drive us to do more.  Quotes can organize our brains.
Here's an example from quoteland:

The full quote is: "It's amazing how much can be accomplished if no one cares who gets the credit."

I've found this quote attributed to President Truman, John Wooden (UCLA basketball coach, and Blanton Collier (Cleveland Browns football coach).

Who said it first?

  1. The earliest credit goes to Charles Edward Montague, English novelist and essayist (1867-1928): There is no limit to what a man can do so long as he does not care a straw who gets the credit for it. ~ Disenchantment, ch. 15 (1922)

Truman and Wooden made it more popular and current.

Tip from a dad: Ask about or find out ... "what does that abbreviation stand for? What is behind those letters?" Some women will want to know.

For years I wondered, "what does BASF stand for?"  then I clicked on the Google doodle for March 12, 2018 and learned about William H Perkin

Go ahead, click.

Today, the name of BASF, originally Badische Anilin- und Soda-Fabrik (English: Baden Aniline and Soda Factory), now among the largest chemical suppliers, echoes the legacy of the synthetic dye industry, built via aniline dyes and extended via the related azo dyes. The first azo dye was aniline yellow.[22]

Advice from Pa
Be curious.   Think about something that you hve never thought about.
One way is to look at a magazine that you have never opened before.   Select a magazine that you hae seen online.

When you see an abbreviation that you don't know, google it.

This procedure will keep your mind flexible and will distract you from sadness and uncertainty.

Today's photo comes from a former professor named Roger Schank.   He made some observations that are worth spreading around.
